So I wake up this morning and here on the local news. Bush has sunk to a 37% approval rating in one of the reddest states in the union – Indiana. From the Indianapolis Star

Indiana voted twice to elect George W. Bush to the White House, but an Indianapolis Star poll indicates more than half of Hoosiers now disapprove of the job he’s doing as president.

Only 37 percent of those surveyed last week think Bush is doing a good job as president, while 56 percent disapprove.

Wow what are they thinking on the other side of the border? Here in the Buckeye State, Bush has been low but he barley won here in 2004.

What is so ironic about this is what I noticed this weekend. While running over to Indiana Saturday to do some errands I started noticing a new trend. That trend was the Bush Cheney stickers on the back of cars being scrapped off. You can tell people are trying to get rid of them but afraid they might damage the paint on the car. It wasn’t only one or two of these I saw but a few of them. People who once proudly displayed their choice for President is now scared to admit it. Oh you got to love that.

Markos has more on this.
