OMG! Obama is ahead by only 2! That's the news you get hit in the face with if you go to Drudge. It's been his top headline since yesterday and the below that was the infamous "developing" he always puts on stories he knows are false. Nate Silver has totally dismantled Drudge's bogus news and shows how he went dumpster diving for this poll.

Gallup has Obama winning Tuesday's debate 56%-23%. That's a huge margin. I wonder what McCain will try at the next debate.

The polls are starting to break more for Obama. Here is what we have so far today:

Rasmussen:

• 36% say Obama won the debate, compared to 33% for McCain.
• Obama leading by 50%-44% in the daily tracker.

Gallup:

• 46% say Obama won the debate, compared to 34% for McCain (this was a Gallup/USA Today poll)
• Obama now has an 8 point lead over Obama in the daily tracker (50%-42%)

The daily trackers would be from Thursday, Friday and Saturday, meaning that we are now seeing the full result of McCain's little stunt this past week reflecting badly for him.
