Tightening Race? My ass:

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows Barack Obama attracting 52% of the vote while John McCain earns 45%. That seven-point lead is Obama’s largest in nearly two weeks. This is also the first time since October 11 that the Democratic candidate has reached the 52% level of support, his highest total of the year.

Come on 12 days!

Oh I love these numbers:

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows Barack Obama attracting 52% of the vote while John McCain earns 44%. This is the highest level of support ever recorded for Obama and is his largest lead of the year. It also continues a remarkable twenty-five days in a row where the Democrat's support has never declined by even a single point.

McCain is going to get so nasty now. Welcome to the fourth quarter!

Obama has been rising in Rasmussen's daily tracker (as well as all others). Today he now has a 6 point lead, 50%-44%. This is the three day average poll, so it includes Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Tomorrow will be the first tracking poll covering the entire McCain drama from this week. Tuesday will be the first full post-debate poll.
