Replace Brittney with an average person and you wouldn't hear about custody battles either - would you? I also love the straw man you came up with on affirmative action and racial quotas. What does that have to do with anything? This is a blog, so I write on what I want to. If you don't understand that simple concept then perhaps it's time to turn the computer off.

Yes walking makes you a pedestrian, but are you also suggesting that Novak wants to run himself over? He made threats against pedestrians previously, so then that would be a threat against himself.

Talking of double standards, failing to yield is indeed a misdemeanor, but Novak didn't stop after hitting the guy. He drove off. It wasn't until after a witness told him what happened that he went back. Sounds a lot like Novak was trying to do a hit and run, which is a felony. I wonder if he got special treatment for his recognition?

Where did I say that "was the punishment"? I offered an opinion on what the punishment should be (again - look up the definition of 'blog'). Of course the America that you and your buddy Novak share is one where Americans are not allowed to have opinions.
