That is the part of our Constitution that lays out the only real job of the vice-President. That job is to be the President of the Senate. We were reminded of this about a year ago by another vice-President - Dick Cheney.
What legislative experience does Sarah Palin have? I have read a lot of Dan Quayle comparisons today, but that really isn't fair to Quayle. He at least had 12 years of legislative experience before becoming vice-President. Does Palin even know how the Senate really works? These are serious questions requiring serious answers.
