Now $4 Million A Year Is Rich!

The McCain campaign has issued a response to Obama going after McCain not knowing how many houses he owns:

Does a guy who made more than $4 million last year, just got back from vacation on a private beach in Hawaii and bought his own million-dollar mansion with the help of a convicted felon really want to get into a debate about houses? Does a guy who worries about the price of arugula and thinks regular people “cling” to guns and religion in the face of economic hardship really want to have a debate about who’s in touch with regular Americans?

Wow Obama made $4 million last year! Isn't that a million below McCain's 5$ mark he stated this weekend? Oh and how much does Cindy make?

What it sounds like to me is that the Republicans are wishing they never got into this whole income/worth thing. They still get on Kerry for having so much money. No matter how they try to argue it out now, they are going to loose on this issue. McCain decided to keep this is a big issue this cycle, so now it's time for them to experience the payback of it.
