A new 501c(4) has released an ad about Obama and Ayers. Well it turns out the ad may very well be illegal. How certain is this? Certain enough that even FOX turned down the ad. Now for the special irony in this story. The provision it may be illegal under is from 2003, a certain little bill called the McCain-Feingold act.
