The Democrats got their majority for the pull out of troops by fall of 2008. Get ready for the spin. Of course according to Think Progress, Boehner's 60 days to see if the surge is a success is now up.
The Democrats who voted against this bill are the ones who want the troops home sooner. I can't really disagree with them, but it is great that this passed.
