Last night Dan Abrams talked about the 60 Minutes report that Karl Rove was behind the prosecution and conviction of former Al. governor Don Siegelman. At the end of the segment he called on Michael Mukasey to investigate the whole matter.
On a personal note I got to say I am really becoming an Abrams fan. I didn't care for him much in the olden days (before he ran MSNBC), but now he seems to becoming more proactive and fed up with our current system of injustice.

Dear Dan,
Thank you! You are restoring my faith in American media's ability to push beyond the comfort zone of its corporate owners. Many of us are following the Siegelman story very closely, and we celebrate your courage to ask the follow-on questions of essential sources.
Best regards,
Carolyn Bain, Ph.D.
Dear Dan,
This letter is in response to the Siegleman story but my issue is even broader. I'm one of those people who believed in the past that you were part of the grand media conspiracy to keep the American people ignorant. Now that you are back you are proving me wrong. I've been trying and trying to get email addresses to write you and Keith and even Matthews who is sometimes brave as well. I feel the MSNBC and the other media controllers do not want us to dialog with you and do not want the public to realize the extent of the corporate/administration takeover of information.
I went to the very long FCC meeting at the Seattle Townhall and it was an overflow bipartisan crowd 99% in favor of media diversity instead of corporate media consolidation. The American people want diversity and they want the truth. The scary thing is that we have been so long restricted from hearing everything that many people believe that Brittany Spears is news and coverage of politics should be about homeland security and fear. And if the media continues as it is things will only get worse. We are propagandized.
Please let me know how I can send comments and praises to you Dan Abrams rather than to a blog. Also, I want the media owners to know what so many frustrated and damaged Americans are experiencing as a result of the media collusion with administration policies and forgetting their duty to inform the public (witness the Alabama blackout as an extreme example of things to come).
Thanks so much for what you do.
Kathy Lillie
