Two Racists Arrested In New York City

Finally we have someone to make an example of. I am sure there will be more down the road:

Alie Kamara, a black Staten Island teenager, watched the results of the Nov. 4 election at a friend’s house. Soon after Barack Obama was declared the winner, he walked home alone to his house in the Stapleton neighborhood.

On the way, as he recounted on Saturday, a dark car pulled up nearby. Two men jumped out and started to chase him. Two others followed shortly afterward.

“They said ‘Obama!’ ” Alie, 17, told reporters in the driveway of his house on Pine Place, recalling that the men were carrying bats. When the men caught up with him they beat him on the leg and head, he said. “I was bleeding by my head.”

Unlike Ashley “B carver” Todd, two men have now been arrested in connection with this assault and are facing several charges, including federal hate-crime assault. I think the saddest part of this story is the fact that the victim wasn’t even old enough to vote. This is the sickness that is racism.

Racist America

A Ku Klux Klan Labor Day gathering in Arkansas on Saturday, September 1,
2007. Members and supporting Klan realms from five different states came together for a three-day weekend of racial unity. The gathering included BBQ’s, games, fellowship, an award ceremony and a Klan naturalization. A historical cannon was fired every hour on the hour during daylight hours, until local neighbors complained. Saturday evening closed with a cross lighting ceremony which, according to Klan beliefs, dispels darkness and ignorance. Due to a statewide burn ban, the lighting was done with Christmas tree lights. **German Language Out** ** No Tabloids**The AP has taken a big look into the ‘hundreds’ of racial threats and crimes that have occurred since Obama became our President-elect:

From California to Maine, police have documented a range of alleged crimes, from vandalism and vague threats to at least one physical attack. Insults and taunts have been delivered by adults, college students and second-graders.

There have been "hundreds" of incidents since the election, many more than usual, said Mark Potok, director of the Intelligence Project at the Southern Poverty Law Center, which monitors hate crimes.

Sadly his was to be expected. The worse part is that the right has been quick to jump on anyone using their authority to support Obama, yet they remain absolutely silent on these crimes. A lot of these cases involve children learning the way of the racist. In my opinion, these children should be removed from their home and given a psychiatric evaluation to determine how much damage their racist parents may have done.

Something else I keep thinking about was back when Cheney when to Afghanistan and the airport was bombed. Commenteres on liberal sites posted such things as “damn they missed”, and that got the right wing blogs in a frenzy. Why don’t they get into a frenzy when this new crap happens? Where is the “Malkin outrage” we saw from the Cheney comments?

Also I keep going back to the campaign. People yelled “kill him” about Obama at McCain/Palin rallies and they didn’t do a damn thing about it. McCain even said he was “proud” of these people. Could you imagine if that happened at an Obama rally? There would be a full fledged investigation and possible suspension of the elections.

Hopefully people will be able to see that Obama being black is nothing but pigmentation. He will govern the same as any white person. Actually it will be better, because he has to prove that a person of color can handle the job. But there will still be racists in this country. The simple minded idiots that cling to God and their guns, and that is exactly who they are. Luckily though they are becoming a shrinking minority.

Dejavu - Church Fire Bombed After Obama Win

Welcome back to the sixties:

No bombs were thrown into the party, but just after 3 a.m. several miles away, someone crept into a clearing in the woods and set fire to the predominantly black Macedonia Church of God in Christ, reducing it to a skeleton of charred metal and wood.

Investigators have yet to determine why the church was targeted, but they say the timing, just hours after Barack Obama broke the highest racial barrier in politics, raised suspicions that it was a hate crime. It touched off a raw fear that has lurked just below the surface in many black communities, that Obama's breakthrough success would trigger a backlash against blacks.

Expect sickness like this to continue for the next four years. Hopefully we can start flushing out the haters.

PA. Teacher's Aide Goes On Racist Rant Over Obama

This is sick:

The mother of a sixteen-year-old student in the Allison Park suburb of Pittsburgh was shocked when her daughter repeated disparaging remarks made about Barack Obama by a teacher's aide at her vocational high school.

"One of the teacher's aides ... said that Obama was going to be shot and killed," Mara Gilligan told KDKA News. "And that our flag is going to be the KFC [Kentucky Fried Chicken] flag and that the new national anthem will be 'Moving On Up' -- and that all my daughter's beliefs were wrong and her children's lives were going to be ruined because Obama was elected."

Raw Story has video up of it. Last week the right was up in arms over a black teacher saying things in support of Obama. What she did in no way compared to this. I wonder if we will see the same vigilance from the right on this story. (Don't hold your breath!)

McCain/Palin Republican Shows His Racism

I have seen blurbs of this story but didn't know where it was. I saw the post on AmericaBLOG and clicked on the YouTube and was shocked to see two very familiar newscaster faces. Turns out this sign of disgusting McCain/Palin Republican racism is only 10 miles from my house:

Aravosis points out that there is even a Star of David drawn on the head of this hanging Obama ghost. So the guy just doesn't have blacks, he also hates Jews. If there was even an argument for keeping abortion legal, this racist fuck is it.

The Racist McCain/Palin Republicans

Yet another mob mentality at one of those McCain/Palin rallies. Remember - these are the people John McCain is "proud" of.

Even when John McCain "set the record straight" with that old lady last week, think about what happened. When she said Obama was an Arab, McCain said 'no - he's a good guy". That statement by McCain alone was racist as hell. McCain was basically saying that Arabs are all bad. This is the kind of leadership that will totally destroy America. John McCain should have to clarify and apologize for what he said last week.

The Racist Republicans

When they are let off their leash, some Republicans can't help but show their inner racism:

The spokeswoman for the Republican Party in Nevada's most populous county was removed from her post Saturday, after she said the Democratic Party made black people "dependent on the government."

Didi Lima, the Clark County GOP communications director, also was removed from her volunteer role as a Hispanic community liaison for Republican John McCain's presidential campaign over the remarks made earlier in the day while working at a McCain campaign booth.

"We don't want (Hispanics) to become the new African-American community," Lima told The Associated Press. "And that's what the Democratic Party is going to do to them, create more programs and give them handouts, food stamps and checks for this and checks for that. We don't want that."

Yup and she was also in the McCain campaign. This is the second such story in just under a week.

The Party Of Their Fathers

While junior is off at college learning how to grow up to be a good Republican tool, he makes the mistake of saying what he really thinks:

The leader of a statewide group of college Republicans has been forced to resign after posting racially insensitive comments about Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama on the Internet.

Adam LaDuca, 21, the former executive director of the Pennsylvania Federation of College Republicans, wrote on his Facebook page in late July that Obama has "a pair of lips so large he could float half of Cuba to the shores of Miami (and probably would.)"

LaDuca, who previously had called Martin Luther King Jr. a "pariah" and a "fraud," also wrote: "And man, if sayin' someone has large lips is a racial slur, then we're ALL in trouble."

Should we question this idiots upbringing, or would that be a "family matter"? I mean this little racist shit had to learn it from some where, and I'm sure that comes from his parents.

The Racist Right Strikes Again

So a commenter on Michelle Malkin's blog decides to make what appears to be so some sort of "funny" (far from it). "Blackie Onassis"? Remember - this is Malkin's blog, a blog where you must be a registered user to comment, and registration is pretty much by invite only. That means that Malkin has invited this crap into her house.

I guess that's all the right has to rebut Michelle's awesome speech with is a bunch of racist garbage. We probably shouldn't pick on them though. They are supporting John McCain and he was a POW.

UPDATE:

Continuing on the crazy path over at Malkin's, let's look at another comment posted regarding the police stopping that apparent threat of assassination against Obama:

mmbothreat_0.jpg

Yup - now they are trying to pin this plan on Clinton. Is this the garbage Malkin endorses? Yes it is. This is the stuff she believes. After all, the owners of all progressive blogs believe every comment they post. Just ask her!

Finally!

After hundreds of horrible comments by Bill O'Reilly, we finally get Jesse Jackson calling him out on them. The "lynching" comment about Michelle Obama appears to be the final straw.

O'Reilly Is One Step Above The Klan

Wed Feb 20, 2008 at 02:51 pm
By jamie

The Klan never needed a reason to lynch a black person. O'Reilly at least wants some kind of "evidence":

O'Reilly: "I don't want to go on a lynching party against Michelle Obama unless there's evidence, hard facts, that say this is how the woman really feel

I know O'Reilly isn't talking about a literal lynching, but this comment was in extremely poor taste. Of course that is par for O'Reilly and FOX news. Bob Cesca has also touched a nerve with FOX pointing this out, and he has even started a petition.

Brown People Need Not Apply

Mitt Romney:

. . . based on the numbers of American Muslims [as a percentage] in our population, I cannot see that a cabinet position would be justified. But of course, I would imagine that Muslims could serve at lower levels of my administration.

The hidden lesson here - cabinet positions are filled based upon population, not qualifications. Yeah that makes sense.

Now considering that Romney is Mormon and people following the Mormon fate dropped between 1990 and 2000, while Muslims increased during the same time period, I guess we could apply the same logic to him being President. I don't think there are enough Mormons in this country to justify a Mormon President. How's that for religious bigotry? Or does it only apply to people the Republicans don't like?

So which of the Republican front runners isn't a redneck, racist asshole (or at least pretending to be)?
